Fun In The Tub

Bath time has gone a lot smoother since we've moved. In our old house we bathed everyone together in the main bathroom, which used to work fine but when they got bigger and started to fight for space it would always end in someone being pushed over or unhappy. Now we put them in the jacuzzi tub in our master bathroom. There is so much more room for them to splash around. They can switch spots and move around without having to crawl over each other. Mitchell even lays on his back and pretends to swim without ticking Casey and Maggie off too much.

The boys are the big splashers.


Besides the big blue eyes and dimples, I don't think this really looks like Casey. He looks like a skinny 4 year old!

Casey woke up Tuesday morning with a yucky, pink, swollen eyelid that was barely open. Our first bout of pink eye. Poor little guy looked so bad. It got better throughout the day but then Wednesday it was in the other eye. This morning it wasn't quite as swollen, but his eyes and nose are constantly running with gunky stuff. Mitchell woke up this morning with it in one eye as well and has a leaky nose and eyes. When I spoke with their doctor he said we'll just wait it out and it should clear up on it's own but if it doesn't we'll go in to get some drops. He also said to expect a cold to be on it's way and I think it's starting already. So we'll just wait for this to run it's course and see if Super Maggie can fight it off.
