Casey has sprouted the first two teeth of the group. I notcied a little spot on his bottom gums one day and looked a little closer and saw two little spots. Now a few days later they have poked through and are slowly coming out. Thankfully he hasn't been fussy or anything with them. Mitchell has is just starting with one on the bottom too.
Maggie was the first one of the bunch to sit up on her own last weekend. Casey followed a few days after and now Mitchell has caught on too. They are still a little wobbly but do pretty good. It's fun now put them all sitting on the floor with toys in front of them and watch them go. The fight for toys is on. Whether they are in their bumbo chairs or sitting on the floor, they seem to want the toy that someone else has even if they are holding the exact same toy. I can just imagine the arguments that are to come!

Mitchell was the first to roll over back to tummy. I found him one day in his crib sleeping on his tummy, he looked so cute! Casey did it a earlier this week and Maggie just did it yesterday. They have been doing tummy to back for a while.
So now they are on the move!! Rolling, pushing backwards while on their tummy or scooting around while on their back. They are never in the same position for long.
We have to get our gates up soon and start baby proofing the house. We are just beginning to get a glimpse into what life will be like with 3 mobile babies...yikes!!
Maggie started holding her own bottle this morning. I held it out in front of her for her to reach for and she took it and held it there for quite a while. The boys will pull it into their mouths but then let go of it.

Everyone's personalities are really starting to show.
Casey, aka Casey the Clown, is the silly and goofy one. He is always makes some weird noises, shrieking, babbling, blowing bubbles. He does something that he thinks is funny and then grins ear to ear.
Mitchell, aka Monkey Mitchell, is all over the place grabbing onto anything in sight, climbing on you like a jungle gym and squirming all over the place. We are placing bets that he will be the first one with a broken bone.
Maggie, aka Princess Maggie, is a patient little lady. She just kind of sits back and watches her brothers go like crazy while she does her own thing and takes it all in. She loves to do sit-ups and check out what's going on that way. When she is lying down she pulls herself up on the bars of the playmat like she is doing chin-ups. Daniel says she is going to be Miss Universe 2040.
They have been enjoying all kinds of food. I have made different fruits, veggies, and chicken. Their favorites would proabably be sweet potatoes and avocados, as well as any kind of fruit. Maggie also loves cooked egg yolks. There isn't anything I have given them that they don't like.
Bottle feeding lately is a different story. I still feed Casey and Mitchell on pillows in front of me and Maggie in a bouncy chair beside me. When Daniel is home he takes one of them and then the other two are in the bouncy chairs. I think they have really gotten used to mostly having their own space during feedings, because a lot of times if we try to hold them or have company over who holds them while feeding they won't cooperate. I guess they like having the room to wiggle and squirm around on their own. And do they ever squirm!! Maggie is usually pretty good in her chair but the boys try to go all over the place.
