We have so many pictures of Maggie like this from the weekend, she had a perma-grin. She was the most excited of the group to be in her costume and said cheese with a huge smile anytime she saw the camera.
Here is one of the videos we got of the kids (Mitchell was a little zoned out for part of it).
Before we took the kids out trick or treating we went to watch the football game at Auntie Gail and Uncle Dave's. It's a good thing we we had a nice visit and the kids had fun because the game was terrible. The green helmets and the boxing gloves were the biggest hit.

We planned to just go to the few houses that were on our way from Gail and Dave's as we walked home. However, the 5 of us were having so much fun and it was such a nice night that we just kept going. The kids were so good with holding our hands as we walked. When we got up to some of the doors the kids would knock and say, "Knock, knock, come in". Maggie started setting her bucket down inside the door as she waited for her treats. The few houses that we went to with puppies were a big hit - the kids just tossed their buckets away so they could have the puppies lick their fingers. Once we started nearing the end of the block, I said "Okay, one more house". Then after we would start walking down the driveway all 3 of the M & M's would say "One more house, one more house!" So we did a few more after that and then went home. It was so much fun and so great to see the kids enjoying it so much.
We finally made it back home and Maggie was still pumped!
It was a very busy but very fun weekend. I can't wait for Christmas!

I love it! When they are good and acting nicely, this age is the most fun! Next year we might not be able to keep up with them for trick or treating!
